Optimal conception conditions are a menstrual cycle of 28 days and a healthy 4 day bleed that shows no signs of old menses, meaning fresh red blood at the onset and end of menstruation, little to no cramps and little to no clots.

Peristeam Hydrotherapy helps nourish the womb and correct any imbalances, encouraging the womb and whole body’s return to a vibrant state which can only increase your likelihood of conceiving. When facing challenges with fertility, I recommended prioritizing getting the womb in a healthy and balanced state first before continuing conception efforts for at least 3 cycles but depending on conditions it could take up to a year or even more.

Working with a Peristeam Hydrotherapist who can recommend a safe steam plan based on the conditions present (such as PCOS, cysts, fibroids, or polyps) can safely and effectively address the issues preventing conception and/or be a support in other endeavors such as hormonal balancing.
